What a cookie is
A small file in the browser.
When a site is opened, the browser may be asked to keep a short text file. That file can remember a setting or help the server know that the same visit is still in progress. It is not an account, and it is not a medical record.

How this site uses them
Only to serve the pages.
This official personal website does not place advertising cookies and does not build a marketing profile from a visit. A technical cookie may be set by the host that serves the files. Ordinary server records of a visit (browser, time, page) may exist so the site can be kept working. They are not sold, rented or traded.

Links that leave this site
Their rules begin when you click.
Buttons and links to Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp and Google Play open those services. Cookies those services set after you leave are governed by their policies, not this one. This page does not store what happens there.

How to refuse or delete
The control sits in the browser.
Most browsers let you block cookies, delete those already stored, or ask to be told before one is saved. Doing so may limit a feature that the host needs. There is no separate cookie banner here because this site does not run advertising or optional tracking of that kind.

The two policies are one duty.
